Built to the opening
No catalogue sizes. Every door is drawn for its opening.
We measure on site, size the curtain, barrel shaft and drive to suit, and add 180 mm wind guides where the wind load calls for them. Then we build it in our own workshop and install it with our own team.

How big can your roller shutter doors be?
We build to the opening, not to a catalogue, and can manufacture doors up to 15 000 mm wide, subject to engineering. Our biggest door so far is 14.7 m wide, which we believe is the largest industrial roller shutter door in the Southern Hemisphere. Large doors get heavy barrel shafts and 180 mm wind guides where the opening needs them.
How quickly can you get to a breakdown?
We are on site within 2.5 hours of booking for 88.9% of call-outs, and we keep working to improve that number. Breakdowns and accidental damage do not wait for procurement cycles, so neither do we.
Do you repair doors that someone else installed?
Yes. We service, repair and modify industrial roller shutter doors, sectional doors and garage doors from any manufacturer, including curtains, springs, guides, bottom rails, chain drives and motors.
What capacity yard ramps do you build?
Our yard ramps and dock levellers range from 8 to 25 ton deck capacity, as mobile or stationary units, for forklifts, trucks, and cattle and game loading.
